Tiffany is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in Lincoln, Nebraska. She received her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South Dakota State University.

Tiffany provides a non-judgmental space where she assists clients in finding their potential by focusing on their past successes to develop a positive self-concept and sense of self. She is passionate about using a collaborative approach with clients to empower them to create positive solutions and finding alternative ways to cope. She works to build on client’s strengths to help them work towards overcoming barriers to develop healthy changes in their lives.

Grief therapy is what led her to the field of counseling, but she has since expanded her expertise to include work with clients who are struggling with eating disorders, mood disorders, infertility and assisting clients to address a variety of other mental health issues.

Tiffany has experience working with clients 18 years and older taking a strengths based, person-centered, approach that incorporates self-compassion and curiosity in her clinical care.
