Terra is provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in Kansas City, Missouri. She received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University.

Terra provides a safe and empathetic space for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where individuals can freely express their identities, navigate challenges, and cultivate a sense of empowerment. She draws upon a variety of therapeutic techniques to explore how individuals experience and relate to their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the present moment. By increasing awareness and understanding patterns of behavior, clients can gain insight, make meaningful connections, and create positive changes in their lives.

With a background in education, working with individuals with disabilities and neurodiversity is what led her to pursue the field of counseling. She has since had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and identity exploration while maintaining a strong focus on individuals with disabilities and neurodiversity.

Terra has experience working with adolescents and adults and takes a collaborative approach that involves developing personalized strategies which build upon client’s individual strengths to promote growth and well-being.
